Announcing ElumTools 2012 Release 3

Lighting Analysts, Inc., a world leader in lighting design and calculation software is pleased to announce the availability of ElumTools 2012, Release 3. ElumTools is an add-in for Autodesk® Revit® and Release 3 is technically a maintenance update for the 2012 generation, and a free update.
However, there is also some really BIG news associated with this release. ElumTools 2012 Release 3 incorporates our new multi-threaded calculation engine. This engine was first released in our stand alone software, AGi32 version 2.3, and is unique in that it is the first and only commercially released, multi-core capable, radiosity calculation engine. ElumTools calculations will now run much faster for those users owning multi processor core based computers. Typical speed improvements are on the order of 1.8 times faster for each additional processor core. This translates into huge time savings for lighting designers using Revit and ElumTools.
