Award-winning Torres Lights Expands To Offer New Options
December 20, 2019
Landscape Forms, North America’s leading designer and manufacturer of high-design LED lighting, site furniture, structure, and accessories, announces an expansion to 2018 Red Dot winner Torres lights. “We’ve added several options to Torres area lights,” says Jordan Agustin, president of Landscape Forms’ lighting business. “In the two-plus years since we introduced Torres, it’s become one of our top-selling lighting lines. This expanded offering provides more tools in the lighting designer’s tool box to create greater application possibilities.”
Torres area lights are now offered with three distribution types, four output levels, two drive currents, a clear lens option, and redesigned 36 and 56 LED arrays. Area lights are available in two sizes, with single or dual luminaires, and in 12’, 16’, 20’ and 25’ pole heights. What hasn’t changed is the modern form that is shared among the area, path, wall, and catenary LED lights. Superior visibility, high color rendering, and minimal glare, together with a warm white light, lend security and comfort to outdoor spaces. Cast aluminum parts in a full color palette are finished with Landscape Forms’ proprietary Pangard II® HAPS, VOC, and lead-free polyester powdercoat.
“Torres lights offer a minimal, clean design that is at home with modern and tradition architecture,” says Chief Creative Officer and Vice President of Design and Marketing Kirt Martin. “Rodrigo Torres’ quiet, yet expressive design doesn’t demand a lot of attention but works beautifully in a variety of urban landscapes.”
