In 2022, we want “instant gratification,” and more of it. Can the technology keep up with the demand? As Michael says, the problems seem to be perpetuating themselves faster than the solutions can catch up. It’s a complex challenge. Matthew spent 35 years in the electrical industry. In 1988 he started writing software to help his agency, which led to interest in other agencies purchasing the software. And that eventually brought him to TradeTech Solutions and developing OrdrTrak.
