Illuminating Engineering Society Call For Papers

April 01, 2010

Authors of papers regarding the art, science and practice of illumination are invited to submit their papers for possible presentation at the 2010 IES Annual Conference scheduled to be held in Toronto, Canada from November 7-9, 2010. Paper presentations provide a valuable vehicle for educating the membership about important technical advances in lighting. The Papers Committee especially encourages submission of papers dealing with in a wide range of topics in both research and application. Papers may be submitted in two different categories:

1. Oral presentation (up to 5000 words)

2. Poster presentation (4 pages maximum). The number of papers that will be accepted for a formal oral presentation is limited. The Conference Papers Committee makes the final selection on papers for presentation, with the primary consideration being what will serve the best interests of the annual meeting and the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America membership. Recently published papers (LEUKOS, etc.) may be proposed for a conference presentation.

Deadline for Papers: May 21, 2010
