Kichler Lighting Acquires Teron Lighting

Kichler Lighting, manufacturer of residential lighting, announced the acquisition of Teron Lighting, manufacturer of commercial lighting products headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio.

TLI provides commercial grade, energy-efficient lighting solutions serving markets such as assisted living, healthcare, commercial, education, government, hospitality and multi-family. The company also produces vandal-resistant and wet location fixtures. TLI will operate as a standalone entity with Michael Bellos and David Bellos continuing to manage the company's business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
