LEDme Step Lights From WAC Lighting Receive SSL Architectural Product Innovation Award

Leading the industry with technological innovation and the latest solid state lighting advancements, WAC Lighting has received a Product Innovation Award from Architectural SSL Magazine, for the company’s new LEDme® Step Lights which are ideal for safety and style on indoor and outdoor stairs, walls and pathways. WAC Lighting is a leading, global manufacturer and designer of track, recessed, undercabinet, monorail and decorative lighting.

The new LEDme® Step Light family, which won the PIA in the category of Specialty and Miscellaneous Lighting, is offered in versatile, horizontal and circular scoop designs for a clean, seamless installation without any visible hardware. These 120-voltage luminaires offer a wide beam angle for broad lighting distribution and deliver balanced, consistent lighting free of shadows and glare.
Constructed with a cast aluminum body, WAC’s Step and Wall Lights can be dimmed with an ELV dimmer and feature a replaceable LED module. The LED luminaires minimize energy consumption and maintenance while extending their life to 50,000 hours.
Faceplates are available in White, Bronze and Brushed Nickel designer finishes to coordinate with a variety of decors.
The Step Light luminaires are IP66 rated and UL listed for wet locations and are backed by WAC Lighting’s five-year product warranty.
