Consistently ranked as one of the most attended and fastest growing educational events and expos, the LEDucation conference program features the industry’s top authorities to address and discuss the latest advancements, trends, and regulations in solid state lighting. The “Call for Speakers” focuses on a variety of one hour sessions and dedicated panel discussions targeting some of the hottest topics in solid state lighting technology today and in the future. These sessions will cover a diverse span of industry topics and will attract attendance from the architectural, engineering, OLED and LED technology, theatrical, educational, interior design, construction, building management, energy efficient lighting and controls, and wireless industries.
Speaker proposals will be accepted through 5 p.m. EST, October 15th, 2013. Proposals should be submitted online at: www.leducation.org/call-for-presenters.html. A full list of topics to be covered during LEDucation 8 conference program and an online Speaker Submission Form are now available online at www.leducation.org .
Hosted by the Designers Lighting Forum of New York, LEDucation has become one of the lighting industry’s most popular events. It has consistently grown over the years in size and importance and continues to attract record crowds with over 3,000 attendees in 2013 and a sold out show floor of 150+ exhibitors. Due to the continued popularity of the annual event and an expanding waiting list of exhibitor requests, event officials have contracted a new exhibit space at the Sheraton NY Times Square hotel that will enable more manufacturers to participate and have expanded the show to a two-day format. Additional details on the LEDucation 8 event expansion will soon be announced.
