North American EBCIs Rebounded In September

September 26, 2012

NEMA’s Electroindustry Business Confidence Index (EBCI) for current North American business conditions rose to 42.1 in September, up from 35.7 and 38.6, respectively, in August and July. Meanwhile, the EBCI for future North American conditions climbed to its highest level in four months, rising to 63.2 in September from 54.8 in August as panelists’ optimism rose.
