Registration Opens For LEDucation 2020 Trade Show And Conference

The Designers Lighting Forum of New York (DLFNY) is pleased to announce registration is open for LEDucation 2020. Marking its 14th year, the annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference is being held March 17-18, 2020 at the New York Hilton Midtown.
The 2020 event will feature over 400 leading manufacturers of architectural lighting, controls and related technologies showcasing their latest products and lighting solutions to an estimated 6,000+ attendees.
New this year, LEDucation 2020 is adding a Controls and Components exhibit area on the second floor which will feature an additional 90+ controls and components manufacturers. LEDucation Co-Chairs Burt Grant and Caroline Rinker said, “We are excited to introduce this major expansion to LEDucation 2020. By broadening our focus beyond lighting fixture manufacturers, we are providing other products of interest to the specification, manufacturing, and lighting design community.”
Also new this year is a LED museum that will be located in the main lounge area. The museum will feature a collection of first-generation LED products from various lighting designers and manufacturers. “We realize that many young people in the industry have never seen some of the original luminaires,” said Grant and Rinker. “The museum will give all our attendees a unique chance to learn about the ingenuity and innovation that inspired our industry.”
The LEDucation conference will host accredited seminars and give attendees of all levels the opportunity to learn from top industry leaders. A Call for Speakers has been announced with a submission deadline of October 15, 2019. A diverse group of professional speakers will be chosen and announced in the coming weeks.
LEDucation 2020 will take place Tuesday, March 17, 2020, 10:00 a.m – 7:00 p.m and Wednesday, March 18, 2020, 9:00 a.m – 3:00 p.m.
