Sun Valley Lighting Introduces Mozart Lantern With LED or HID Light Sources
February 05, 2012
Mozart, a unique street and area lighting lantern with LED or HID light sources, is now available from Sun Valley Lighting. The fixture is designed to complement traditional and transitional architecture in civic centers, parks, plazas and other public areas.
Mozart is available in two sizes: 34.5” tall x 26” wide to accommodate 120W LED / 250W HID (max) and 26.5” tall x 20” wide to accommodate 80W LED/ 150W HID (max). The fixture features full cutoff optics engineered for maximum pole spacing with uniform illumination. The LED optical systems provide energy savings and extended 70,000 hour system performance. Electrical components are designed for quick installation and easy servicing.
The Mozart lantern features three distinct designs: a clear flat tempered lens for full cutoff; an opal white diffuser for a traditional look; and a clear patterned enclosure, offering several optical options. The Mozart housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant low copper aluminum castings with a ¼” minimum wall thickness for durability. Prior to finishing, all castings are sand blasted in preparation for maximum adhesion of the powder coat finish. Standard powder coat finishes include black, white, grey, dark bronze and green. Custom colors are available.
Sun Valley Lighting features a wide selection of decorative arms, poles and bases for a complete Mozart installation. The company has been a leading manufacturer of high quality lighting for streetscapes and public areas for over 25 years. The entire product line is manufactured in the U.S.A.
