Functional Devices is proud to offer a panel mount relay for lighting control, which includes a mechanical latching output with 24Vac/dc momentary pulse control. We provide a 20 Amp standard ballast, with a 16 Amp electronic ballast rating for both on/off capabilities. Our relay options give you the flexibility for either a 2-wire status report (FDL20ALRMU) or by an auxiliary contact output (FDL20ALRM2U) for low voltage status feedback. The FDL20ALRMU is unique, our status reporting comes from the contact output side of the relay and not that of the control side, giving you actual feedback, the load is active. Both models include an override manual switch for status control at the panel if required.

The Philips Bodine 4W BSL4L emergency LED driver provides a price-sensitive, high-quality emergency lighting solution for space-limited linear LED fixtures. It supplies up to 520 lumens in emergency mode (based on 130 lumens/watt of load power) for 90 minutes and includes proprietary charging technology designed for low energy consumption and poke-in wiring connections to help simplify installation. In addition, it meets Title 20 CEC efficiency standards and is UL Listed for the U.S. and Canada.

The LSN D Series is a single-phase central lighting inverter that provides a centralized solution to emergency lighting and power back-up with a wide array of options designed to minimize maintenance requirements and optimize emergency lighting performance. When normal utility-supplied power is present, the LSN model central lighting inverter provides load-side line conditioning with "brownout" protection and charges the system batteries when required. As a series that is both user-friendly and security-enabled, the LSN provides features such as a password-protected user interface, email capability, cabinet locks and a monitoring program.

The RSL Series from Exitronix is available with either 5 watt or 7 watt PAR18 LED lamps providing up to 101 feet of on-center spacing. The RSL is offered with maintenance-free, lead calcium or NiCad batteries, and has available self-test/self-diagnostics and time delay options. The unit is constructed of durable, die-formed 20-gauge steel with either black or white powder-coated finishes.

The new Philips Bodine B50CT emergency ballast is designed to work with linear fluorescent and Type A TLED applications. The B50CT operates one lamp in emergency mode and, depending on the wattage and lamp selected, provides up to 1400 lumens initial emergency light output. It is compatible with 13-55W fluorescent lamps and with 7-16.5W Type A TLED lamps, including the Philips LED T8 InstantFit. The B50CT is UL Listed for the U.S. and Canada and meets CEC Title 20 efficiency standards. It does not replace the Philips Bodine B50 fluorescent emergency ballast.

The EVHC series is a high lumen output emergency lighting unit designed for high mounting height applications. It is available with either a standard 346 lumen lamp, which offers offers 44 feet of spacing on a 16 foot mounting height, or a high lumen option of 546 lumens per head, which offers 67 feet of spacing. Features include fully adjustable high-output LED lamps and an environmentally friendly Lithium Iron Phosphate battery. The EVHC Series is flame rated and can resist high impact.

The LN4X Series is a LED exit sign that can be utilized indoors or outdoors and is able to resist high impact, corrosion and damp or wet locations. The series features an oil-resistant gasket for a water- and dust-tight seal, bright, even illumination in either red or green letters and LED lamps that provide more than 20 years of service. Its glass-filled polycarbonate construction is designed for wall mounting in harsh applications or industrial environments.

In the event of a power failure, the Assurance Emergency Lighting RHB Series fluorescent emergency ballast takes over from the AC ballast and operates 1 or 2 lamps at a reduced lumen output. Emergency ballasts must provide battery power for a minimum of 90 minutes, and must power the lamps to provide at least 1 Foot Candle of illumination on the floor. Emergency ballasts allow the same fixture to be used for both normal and emergency operation. All Commercial and Government buildings in the US are required by law to provide emergency lighting in the path of egress. Life Safety Code NFPA 101, UL924.

The PGR Series offers LED performance in a remote fixture, architectural style for indoor or outdoor application and illumination by four high power LEDs. In the event of 1 or 2 LED failures, the unit will continue to operate. The PGR accepts DC voltage, which must be supplied from an external 6-12V DC emergency lighting unit. The remote can be wall mounted by use of a universal molded-in template.

The ILB Series Emergency Battery Packs from IOTA Engineering offer 90-minute emergency operation for LED fixtures in the event of a loss of power. The ILB Series includes models for operating LED loads up to 5, 7 and 12 watts at input voltages up to 12 and 24 volts. IOTA ILB Battery Packs are UL Recognized components and include test switch and charge indicator accessories, a long-life recyclable Ni-Cad battery, and a 5-Year Warranty.

Nora Lighting’s Wet Location Emergency and Exit Lights feature three updated models that all include self diagnostic testing, manual test switch, 90 minute backup battery, brownout and short circuit protection. NE-970 has two 2.5W fully-adjustable LED emergency heads; Exit and Emergency Combination (NEX-720-LED) has dual 3.2W adjustable heads and exit sign; LED Exit Sign (NX-617-LED) are available in red or green letters with universal mounting plate. The Exitronix MESA Series is a single phase, standby, solid-state inverter designed to provide “soft-start” power to designated emergency lighting fixtures. MESA consists of a self-contained inverter section with a fully automatic, thermal-compensating, variable-rate battery charger. The MESA is designed to function in conjunction with the existing building electrical system to provide Pulse Width Modulated, sinusoidal, high-quality power conditioning, backup power protection and distribution for lighting loads and other critical loads. Upon failure of the normal utility power, the MESA automatically transfers to inverter mode and provides a minimum of 90 minutes of emergency power to the connected load.

Aleddra introduces Emergency Battery Pack (EMB Series) for indoor LED fixtures. It provides 15W /30W emergency power for a minimum of 90-minute emergency operation. During power outage, the emergency battery pack automatically draws power from its built-in battery and lasts more than 90 minutes on battery. With its price point, this Emergency Battery Pack is the most cost-effective emergency lighting option for indoor applications. It is installed inside the housing of the LED fixtures.

The LE Series, designed for recessed mounted architectural and commercial applications, consists of edge-lit, architectural LED exit signs featuring elegant styling in multiple finishes, easy installation and long-life LED lamps.  IOTA ICE Series Emergency Battery Packs are designed for outdoor and cold-weather applications from minus 18 degrees to 55 degrees Celsius. ICE Series Battery Packs provide 1300 lumens of emergency illumination for both linear and compact fluorescent lamps, and feature an internal heating blanket that protects the battery pack from freezing conditions.
