The LightOWL Ceiling Mount Vacancy/ Occupancy Sensor is designed for large spaces with ceilings 12’ or higher such as cafeterias, auditoriums and warehouses. When a person passes into or out of a sensor zone, the sensor detects the motion and switches the lights ON. The lights will remain ON as long as there is an occupant in the room. When the space being monitored by the sensor is unoccupied the unit will automatically switch the lights OFF. LightOWL sensors utilize Smart IntelliDAPT™ Technology to analyze the controlled area and make digital adjustments to both sensitivity and timing settings for optimal performance, energy savings, and maintenance-free install-and-forget operation.

A Sequence of Operation design tool for LMCS for configuring the Wattstopper Digital Lighting Management is adding convenience and simplifying code compliance by pre-populating documents such as room diagrams and bill of materials (BOM), and generating sequences of operation based on the specific energy code chosen. And as part of a connected Wattstopper DLM lighting control platform, new templates are automatically updated from the Wattstopper online library of code templates as new code changes are introduced. This is especially important as several states will be transitioning, or have recently transitioned to new building codes.

The LNLV wireless smart relay enables remote control of any device powered by low voltage system such as solar or battery. The nLight AIR rMSOD sensor is a low voltage, digital sensor providing embedded wireless control, digital dimming, occupancy detection and daylight harvesting capabilities in an outdoor or wet location listed luminaire. For motion detection, the sensor utilizes 100% Digital Passive Infrared (PIR) technology that is tuned for walking size motion while preventing false tripping from the environment. The unit’s integrated photocell enables additional energy savings during daytime periods when there is sufficient daylight.

Easyl™ is a DMX512 controller featuring an LCD touchscreen. Easyl's powerfully simple interface enables intuitive control of an entire universe (512 channels) of color changing luminaires. Pre-programmed shows with static and color changing effects simplify initial setup and provide a great starting point for customization. Easyl provides design, edit, store and recall functions for a maximum of 12 shows and features quick-adjust intensity and speed sliders. Easyl controls LED luminaires that are DMX512-A compliant , including those with RDM functionality.

The fixture embedded nLight® AIR network interface called the rIO is a low voltage wireless device providing individual fixture control and digital dimming capabilities within Acuity Brands® LED luminaires with eldoLED® brand drivers. This smart device results in the luminaire being “nLight AIR-enabled” — making it both addressable as well as capable of digitally communicating with other nLight AIR wireless controls such as occupancy sensors, photocells, and wall switches. This allows for advanced operation and design flexibility ranging from stand-alone rooms to building and campus-wide networks. As part of the nLight AIR wireless controls family, the rIO uses a 900MHz communication frequency that easily penetrates obstructions and its five-tier security architecture helps building owners and occupants rest easy.

The HALEON series of fixture integrated occupancy sensors with dimming photocells are ideal for standalone industrial lighting control applications. The HALEON sensor is designed to be used with eldoLED or similar LED drivers with 0-10 V, 12-24 VDC auxiliary power and stand-by mode. HALEON has the flexibility to change settings with the Sensor Switch® VLP mobile app using flash programing or optional Bluetooth® communication.

The NX Specialty Switch Station provides manual control of the NX System. The NX Switch Stations include an On/Off switch, an On/Raise/Lower/Off switch, a 4-button Preset switch for scene control, a Scene Switch with 4 presets plus Raise/Lower, a Raise/Lower dimmer switch and a Timed On switch. All Switch Stations provide plug and play integration with the wired or wireless NX Room Controllers or Smart Port Module.

The nLight nIO D / nIO 1S is a low voltage device that interfaces and provides network addressability for a variety of non-nLight devices. The nIO D is an output device that controls the dimming level of 0-10 VDC dimming ballasts / LED drivers. The nIO 1S is an input device that detects a toggle or momentary dry contact closure switch. Additionally, the nIO 1S can read a 0-10 VDC dimming control signal from non-nLight dimming photocells and wall dimmers.

The NX Smart Switch provides manual control of the NX System. Each button has an LED status indicator and can be configured to control individual loads or groups of loads. Smart switches are addressable and connect to a system SmartPORT™ with a standard Cat5e patch cable. Up to eight switches can be connected in series to one SmartPORT on a NX Room Controller or NX SmartPORT Module. The attractive decorator style form factor allows ganging and use of standard decorator style wall plates.

The SBO BTP series of fixture mount occupancy sensors are rated for outdoor use with dimming photocells, making it ideal for indoor standalone industrial lighting control applications requiring an IP66 wet location rating. With its clean design and reliable performance, the SBO BTP sensor offers 100% digital passive infrared (PIR) technology that’s tuned for walking size motion, helping to achieve code compliance without compromising the aesthetic of the light fixture or the space created. Philips EasySense SNH200 provides the “no gateway” network lighting control for the industrial and high-bay applications. It is an award-winning fixture-based smart lighting control that combines occupancy sensing, daylight harvesting and task tuning in a compact form factor. EasySense SNH200 works seamlessly with the Philips Advance Xitanium SR 95W LED driver through a two-wire, low-voltage Sensor Ready (SR) digital interface. This design provides a cost-effective and easy to design-in network lighting control solution that is ideal for energy-savings and code-compliance. It can also be easily configured wirelessly using the compatible Android smartphones. 

LiteStream C wireless controllers are easy to install for IoT applications in need of multi-channel, dimming, color tuning, zone, and RGB control capabilities. With a high power density of 30W/cubic inch, LiteStream C can be added at the output of any standard constant voltage LED driver. These controllers are compatible with smart home apps and are offered in three models: 1-channel for dimming, 2-channel/200W for color tuning, and 5-channel/300W for RGB+W controls. Input interface LMIN-104 allows third-party devices to connect to the Wattstopper Digital Lighting Management (DLM) lighting control system. It includes four 24VDC input terminals and can be programmed to accept maintained or momentary switch closure inputs. Input signals can come from a wide variety of devices, including building automation systems, time clocks, and key switches for partition control, load shedding, and after hour cleaning of spaces. Additionally, the LMIN-104 can accept inputs from two existing DLM analog photocells.

Functional Devices is proud to offer a panel mount relay for lighting control, which includes a mechanical latching output with 24Vac/dc momentary pulse control. We provide a 20 Amp standard ballast, with a 16 Amp electronic ballast rating for both on/off capabilities. Our relay options give you the flexibility for either a 2-wire status report (FDL20ALRMU) or by an auxiliary contact output (FDL20ALRM2U) for low voltage status feedback. The FDL20ALRMU is unique, our status reporting comes from the contact output side of the relay and not that of the control side, giving you actual feedback, the load is active. Both models include an override manual switch for status control at the panel if required.
